Arousyak Julhakyan

Arousyak Julhakyan is an Armenian politician and member of the National Assembly of Armenia, representing the Civil Contract party. Born on January 21, 1983, she has served as a parliamentarian across multiple convocations starting from 2019, initially through the My Step alliance and later under Civil Contract. In May 2026, she was appointed as the Chair of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, and she has also engaged in international parliamentary diplomacy, including serving in leadership roles within the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
