Art Joseph Francis Mercado

Art Joseph Francis Mercado is a Filipino politician and lawyer currently serving as the Mayor of San Pedro, Laguna. Born on May 22, 1990, he began his political career as a City Councilor from 2016 to 2019, followed by a term as Vice Mayor from 2019 to 2022. Elected as mayor in 2022 at the age of 32, he has focused his administration on urban development, flood mitigation, and digital governance, notably launching the 'Art-GENDA' initiative to modernize city services and infrastructure.
