Artan Luku is an Albanian politician currently serving as a member of the Assembly of Albania. Born in Shijak in 1973, he holds a degree in veterinary medicine from the Agricultural University of Tirana. Prior to his parliamentary career, he served as the president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Durrës. He was elected to the national legislature in 2025 representing the Durrës prefecture as a candidate for the Environmentalist Agrarian Party, running on a multipartisan list led by the Democratic Party.
