Artur Hovhannisyan

Artur Hovhannisyan is an Armenian politician and Member of the National Assembly of Armenia representing the Civil Contract party. He has served in the Armenian parliament, including roles in the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs and as secretary of the Civil Contract faction. Prior to his parliamentary career, he studied journalism at the Monte Melkonyan University and Yerevan State University, served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, and worked as First Deputy Director of the Center for Public Relations and Information in the Prime Minister's staff.
