Arun Sao is an Indian politician currently serving as the Deputy Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, a position he has held since 2023. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he represents the Lormi constituency in the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. Prior to his current role, he served as a Member of Parliament for the Bilaspur Lok Sabha constituency from 2019 to 2023 and led the state unit of his party. Before entering politics, he practiced law at the Chhattisgarh High Court and served as a deputy advocate general.
