Born in 1983, he is the son of the late politician Manvendra Singh. He entered the legislative assembly following his victory in the 2024 by-elections, where he secured the seat for the Bharatiya Janata Party by defeating his opponent from the Samajwadi Party. Singh holds an M.Com. and an LLB degree from S. S. College, Shahjahanpur.
