Ashot Simonyan is an Armenian politician and a Member of the National Assembly of Armenia. Born on November 7, 1980, in the village of Katnaghbyur in the Aragatsotn Province, he has been a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) since 2000. He was elected to parliament on June 20, 2021, from the national electoral list of the "Armenia" alliance of parties, and serves on the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.
