Baby Alfonso

Baby Aline Vargas-Alfonso is a Filipina politician currently serving as the Representative for the 2nd District of Cagayan in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. She first entered Congress in 2011 following the death of her father, former Governor and Congressman Florencio Vargas, and has since served multiple terms in the House. Prior to her congressional career, she served as the Vice Mayor of Abulug from 2007 to 2010. Throughout her tenure, she has focused on regional development, including infrastructure projects such as port development in Cagayan. She is a member of the Lakas–CMD party and continues to represent her district in the national legislature.
