Bader Al-Mulla

Bader Al-Mulla is a Kuwaiti politician and law professor who currently serves as a member of the National Assembly, representing the Second District. Born in 1971, he earned degrees in police sciences and law, culminating in a doctorate in civil law from Kuwait University, where he also worked as a law professor. Al-Mulla entered parliament through a 2019 by-election and has successfully retained his seat in subsequent elections. He has also held prominent governmental roles, serving as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Oil, and Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs.
