Badri Narayan Patra

Badri Narayan Patra is an Indian politician from Odisha who currently serves as a member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly. A six-time MLA, he has represented the Ghasipura Assembly constituency since 2009, having previously served as the MLA for the Ramachandrapur constituency. Before entering politics under the mentorship of former Chief Minister Biju Patnaik, Patra worked as a lecturer in economics. Throughout his legislative career, he has been credited with significant regional development initiatives in the Ghasipura and Keonjhar districts, including improvements to road connectivity, electrification, and local water infrastructure projects.
