Balaam Barugahara

Balaam Barugahara is a Ugandan politician, businessman, and events promoter serving as the Minister of Local Government in the cabinet of Uganda. Appointed by President Yoweri Museveni, he previously held the position of state minister for gender, labour, and social development in charge of children and youth affairs. Outside of politics, he is a prominent entrepreneur and the CEO of the Balaam group of companies, with extensive investments in media, real estate, entertainment, and hospitality.
