Barbara Rachelson

Barbara Rachelson is an American politician who has served as a member of the Vermont House of Representatives since 2013. Born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, and raised in North Caldwell, she pursued her higher education at Brandeis University, where she earned an undergraduate degree, followed by a graduate degree from the University of Michigan. Throughout her tenure in the state legislature, she has represented her constituents in Vermont while maintaining a focus on public service. Rachelson is noted for being a nonreligious Jew and continues to be an active participant in the Vermont political landscape.
