Barry Beauchamp

Barry S. Beauchamp is an American politician and business owner serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 38B since 2024. Before his appointment to the legislature, he worked as a realtor and operated his own excavation business, Beauchamp Brothers Construction, while also serving as a volunteer firefighter and engineer for the Salisbury City Fire Department for over 25 years. A member of the Wicomico County Republican Central Committee, Beauchamp has advocated for local infrastructure projects, including the expansion of the Salisbury Regional Airport and improvements to the Salisbury University campus. He is known for his conservative political stances, including opposition to pandemic-related mandates and certain state redistricting plans.
