Beatriz Fanjul is a Spanish politician serving as a Member of the Congress of Deputies representing Biscay since 2019. Born in Bilbao, she studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Deusto and was a competitive chess player for many years. In 2021, she was elected president of the New Generations of the People's Party (NNGG). Fanjul describes her political ideology as economically liberal and socially conservative, and she is noted for being the only People's Party deputy elected in the Basque Country during her initial term.
