Behiye Eker is a Turkish lawyer and politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for Istanbul, representing the Justice and Development Party (AK Party). Born in Mersin in 1979, she completed her primary and secondary education in Tarsus before graduating from the Faculty of Law at Marmara University. She later earned a master's degree in business administration. Prior to her election to parliament in 2023, she worked as a lawyer and established her own law firm. In addition to her legislative duties, she serves as a member of the Central Decision and Administrative Board (MKYK) of her party.
