Benjamin Gascoigne, Baron Gascoigne, is a British political adviser and life peer who currently serves as a member of the House of Lords. A long-time associate of Boris Johnson, he previously held key roles including Political Secretary to the Prime Minister and deputy chief of staff at 10 Downing Street. Before his elevation to the peerage in 2023, he worked extensively in political campaigning and public affairs, having served as a private secretary to Johnson during his tenure as Mayor of London and as a special adviser during his time as Foreign Secretary. In November 2023, he was appointed as a lord-in-waiting and junior government whip in the House of Lords.
