Beritan Güneş Altın

Beritan Güneş Altın is a Turkish politician and psychologist who has served as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey representing Mardin since June 2023. Born in 1995 in Kızıltepe, she studied psychology at Yıldırım Beyazıt University in Ankara. Before entering politics, she worked with Yazidi refugees and contributed to Kurdish Jineology publications. As a member of the Initiative of Psychologists in Mesopotamia, she has been active in providing psychological support to earthquake victims in multiple languages. In parliament, she focuses on defending women's rights and advocating for humanitarian assistance.
