Bernard Quintin is a Belgian diplomat and politician currently serving as the Minister of the Interior in the De Wever Government since February 2025. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs from November 2024 to February 2025. A career diplomat, Quintin held various international postings, including roles in Warsaw, London, and Kinshasa, and served as the Belgian ambassador to Burundi from 2016 to 2019. He also held senior positions within the European External Action Service and the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he managed the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
