Bhagwant Mann

Bhagwant Mann is an Indian politician and the 17th Chief Minister of Punjab, serving since 2022. Before entering politics, he was a well-known comedian, actor, and singer. A member of the Aam Aadmi Party, he previously served as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha representing Sangrur from 2014 to 2022. As Chief Minister, his administration has focused on initiatives such as ending VIP culture, providing free electricity to domestic consumers, and expanding public health clinics. He represents the Dhuri Assembly constituency in the Punjab Legislative Assembly.
