Bianca Winkelmann

Bianca Winkelmann is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia, representing the constituency of Minden-Lübbecke I. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), she has served in the state parliament since 2017 and currently holds the position of deputy chair of the CDU parliamentary group. Before her political career, she worked as a retail clerk and as an independent agricultural entrepreneur. In addition to her state-level duties, she has been active in local politics in Rahden since 2004 and serves as the local representative for Preußisch Ströhen.
