Stefan Nacke is a German sociologist and politician representing the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Born in Münster in 1976, he began his political career by joining the CDU in 1998. He served as a member of the State Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia from 2017 to 2021, where he acted as his parliamentary group's spokesperson for science policy. Since the 2021 federal elections, Nacke has served as a member of the Bundestag for the Münster district, where he focuses on labor and social affairs as a member of the Committee on Labour and Social Affairs. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Trustees for the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine since 2019.
