Bill Chumley

Bill Chumley is an American politician serving as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives for the 35th District, a position he has held since 2011. A member of the South Carolina Freedom Caucus, he is known for his conservative legislative agenda, including the sponsorship of the South Carolina Prenatal Equal Protection Act of 2023. Throughout his tenure, he has been a vocal advocate for controversial social policies and has served on the House Agriculture, Natural Resources & Environmental Affairs Committee.
