Bill Wiley

Bill Wiley is an American politician serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates. First elected in a 2020 special election, he represents the 32nd district, which includes the city of Winchester and parts of Warren and Frederick Counties. Prior to his tenure in the state legislature, Wiley served on the Winchester City Council for six years, including a term as council president. Outside of his political career, he works as a business development manager for a construction firm and as an associate real estate broker.
