Bob Doris

Bob Doris is a Scottish National Party politician serving as the Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Glasgow Kelvin and Maryhill constituency. First elected as an MSP for the Glasgow region in 2007, he has held various parliamentary roles, including serving as the convener of the Public Service Reform committee as of 2026. Before his political career, he worked as a Modern Studies teacher for ten years. Throughout his tenure, Doris has been a vocal advocate for issues such as free school meals, kinship care, and the regulation of off-road vehicles, while also focusing on local infrastructure and environmental decarbonization projects.
