Bogdan Trif

Bogdan Trif is a Romanian politician currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies. A member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD), he previously held the position of Minister of Tourism, having been appointed to the role in January 2018. Throughout his political career, he has focused on national development and the promotion of Romania's tourism sector, advocating for increased competitiveness against established international ski resorts. He was born in Sibiu, Romania, in 1977.
