Iulian Bulai is a Romanian politician serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies, representing Neamț County. First elected in 2016 and re-elected in 2020 and 2024, he is a prominent member of the Save Romania Union (USR). Bulai has held leadership roles within the party and the Chamber, including chairing the Committee on Culture, Arts, and Mass Media. His legislative work has focused on adoption law reform, the implementation of the Magnitsky Act, and the promotion of infrastructure projects in the Moldova region.
