
Borja Sémper
Profile
Borja Sémper is a Spanish politician currently serving as a member of the Congress of Deputies. A long-time member of the People's Party (PP), he previously served as a city councillor in Irun and San Sebastián, and as a member of the Basque Parliament. Throughout his career, Sémper has been a vocal critic of political polarization and was a target of ETA violence. After a brief hiatus from politics to work in the private sector, he returned in 2023 to lead the PP's election campaigns and was subsequently elected to the national parliament.
