João Bosco da Costa is a Brazilian administrator and politician who served as a federal deputy representing the state of Sergipe. Elected to the Chamber of Deputies in 2018, his political career was marked by legal proceedings involving the misuse of parliamentary amendments. In March 2026, the Supreme Federal Court of Brazil unanimously convicted him of passive corruption and criminal organization, resulting in a five-year prison sentence in a semi-open regime.
