Branislav Škripek is a Slovak politician currently serving as a Member of the National Council of Slovakia. Educated in Catholic Theology at Comenius University, he previously founded a Charismatic community in Bratislava and worked as a translator and editor of Christian literature. He served as a Member of the European Parliament from 2014 to 2019 and was an MP in the National Council from 2012 to 2014. Known for his conservative Christian democratic views, he co-founded the Christian Union party before joining the Christian Democratic Movement (KDH) to consolidate the conservative electorate.
