Brijbhushan Rajpoot is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, representing the Charkhari constituency. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he is the son of former Member of Parliament Ganga Charan Rajput. Rajpoot has held his legislative seat since 2017 and gained public attention in 2018 for a symbolic gesture in which he appointed a five-year-old disabled boy as an MLA for a single day to highlight the challenges faced by children with disabilities.
