Bruce Westerman

Bruce Westerman is an American politician and professional forester serving as the U.S. Representative for Arkansas's 4th congressional district since 2015. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served in the Arkansas House of Representatives, where he became the first Republican majority leader in the state since the Reconstruction era. Westerman holds degrees in engineering and forestry and has focused his legislative career on natural resources, forest management, and conservative fiscal policy. He currently serves as the chair of the House Committee on Natural Resources.
