Célio Studart

Célio Studart is a Brazilian politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Ceará. He began his political career as a city councilor in Fortaleza in 2016 before being elected to the federal legislature in 2018. Studart is a prominent advocate for animal welfare, environmental protection, and the rights of people with disabilities. He is also the founder of the Politizar Institute, an NGO focused on political education, and has previously served as the Secretary of Animal Protection for the state of Ceará.
