Carla Breuer is a Dutch politician and administrator currently serving as the acting mayor of Zoeterwoude. A member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), she previously served as the mayor of Teylingen from 2014 to 2026 and as the mayor of Werkendam starting in 2009, where she was notably the youngest female mayor in the Netherlands at the time of her appointment. Before her mayoral career, she held various leadership roles in the home care and pharmaceutical industries and served as an alderman in Nieuwegein.
