Carlos Eduardo Guevara Villabón is a Colombian industrial engineer and politician currently serving as a Senator of Colombia. He began his political career as a councillor for Bogotá and later served as a Representative in the Chamber of Representatives. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on environmental issues, infrastructure, and public utility policy, notably co-authoring the Natalia Ponce Law, which increases penalties for acid attacks.
