Carol Linforth, Baroness Linforth, is a British political aide and a member of the House of Lords. She previously served as a chief of staff for the Labour Party and held the position of the party's director of events starting in 2005. In recognition of her political service, she was awarded a life peerage in the 2025 Political Peerages and was created Baroness Linforth, of Redland in the City of Bristol, on January 14, 2026. She continues to serve as a Labour peer in the upper house of the British Parliament.
