Carolyn Branagan is an American Republican politician currently serving as a member of the Vermont House of Representatives. She represents the Franklin-1 district, having been elected to the seat in the 2022 general election. Previously, Branagan served in both the Vermont House of Representatives and the Vermont Senate, representing Franklin County in the latter. After a period of retirement following her departure from the legislature in 2019, she returned to public office in 2023 to continue her legislative career.
