Cassel Mathale is a South African politician currently serving as the Deputy Minister of Police and a Member of the National Assembly. A long-time member of the African National Congress (ANC), he previously served as the Premier of Limpopo from 2009 to 2013. Before his tenure as Premier, he was an active anti-apartheid activist in the United Democratic Front and held various leadership roles within the ANC in Limpopo. His career has included service as Deputy Minister of Small Business Development and as a member of the Limpopo Provincial Legislature.
