Catherine Connolly

Catherine Connolly is an Irish politician currently serving as the President of Ireland since November 2025. A former barrister and clinical psychologist, she previously served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for Galway West from 2016 to 2025 and as the first female Leas-Cheann Comhairle of Dáil Éireann.
