Cecelia Espenoza

Cecelia Espenoza is an American politician and retired judge currently serving as a member of the Colorado House of Representatives for the 4th district. Of Mexican American descent, she was the first Latina to graduate from the University of Utah's honors program and later became a law professor at the University of Denver. Her extensive legal career includes serving as an appellate immigration judge and working for the U.S. Department of Justice. Espenoza focuses her political platform on issues such as gun safety, education, and housing.
