Cecil Bell Jr.

Cecil Bell Jr. is an American politician who served as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 3, representing parts of Montgomery County. During his tenure, he focused on issues such as property rights, including authoring legislation to ban forced city annexation of suburban and rural areas, and advocated for expanded career and technology training in public high schools. A member of the Texas State Guard, Bell was known for his conservative legislative efforts, including attempts to challenge federal court rulings and executive orders. He left office following his defeat in the March 2026 Republican primary election.
