Cecilia Barbra Atim Ogwal was a prominent Ugandan politician, businesswoman, and management consultant who served as a Member of Parliament for the Dokolo District Women's Constituency. A veteran legislator, she was a continuous member of Uganda's parliament from 1996 until her death in 2024. Throughout her career, she held leadership roles in the Uganda People's Congress before joining the Forum for Democratic Change. Known for her work on infrastructure and budget committees, she was also a former beauty queen and a key figure in the drafting of the 1995 Ugandan Constitution.
