Cefin Campbell

Cefin Campbell is a Welsh politician serving as the Member of the Senedd for Sir Gaerfyrddin since 2026, having previously represented the Mid and West Wales region from 2021. Before his election to the Senedd, he worked as a lecturer at Swansea and Cardiff Universities, a school inspector, and a business consultant. A former Carmarthenshire county councillor, Campbell has focused his political career on promoting the Welsh language, rural regeneration, and tackling poverty. He is a member of Plaid Cymru and has served as the party's shadow spokesperson for Rural Affairs and Agriculture.
