Llŷr Powell

Llŷr Powell is a Welsh politician serving as a Member of the Senedd for the Blaenau Gwent Caerffili Rhymni constituency since May 2026. A member of Reform UK, he previously held various roles in political communications and public affairs, having worked for UKIP and the Brexit Party. Throughout his career, Powell has been involved in several political organizations and think tanks, including the Centre for Welsh Studies. He unsuccessfully contested the 2025 Caerphilly by-election before securing his current seat in the 2026 Senedd election, where he also serves as the party's chief whip and business manager.
