Celeste Maloy

Celeste Maloy is an American politician and attorney serving as the U.S. Representative for Utah's 2nd congressional district since 2023. Before her election to Congress, she worked as a soil conservationist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service and later as a deputy county attorney in Washington County, Utah, where she specialized in public land and water policy. She also served as chief legal counsel to U.S. Representative Chris Stewart. Maloy is a member of the Republican Party and focuses on issues related to land rights, water management, and federal land policy.
