Cerni Escalé Cabré

Cerni Escalé Cabré is an Andorran politician who serves as a member of the General Council of Andorra and as the Leader of the Opposition. A founder of the political party Concord, he previously worked as a World Bank official, where he focused on debt restructuring and crisis management, and served as the general secretary of the Escaldes-Engordany parish. Escalé holds degrees from Pompeu Fabra University, Sciences Po, and Columbia University. Politically, he advocates for housing affordability through limits on foreign property purchases, the legalization of abortion, and sustainable immigration policies.
