Cerni Escalé Cabré is an Andorran politician serving as the Leader of the Opposition in the General Council of Andorra since 2023. A graduate of Pompeu Fabra University, Sciences Po, and Columbia University, he previously worked for Moody's Investors Service, the World Bank, and in the Andorran ministries of foreign affairs and the presidency. As the leader of the Concord party, he advocates for sustainable growth, stricter limits on foreign property investment, and the legalization of abortion in Andorra.

Xavier Espot Zamora is an Andorran politician and judge who has served as the Prime Minister of Andorra since 2019. A trained lawyer, he previously held the positions of Minister of Social Affairs, Justice, and the Interior from 2012 to 2019 and served as a judge within the Andorran judiciary. As leader of the Democrats for Andorra party, Espot has focused on economic diversification and social policy. In 2023, he became the first head of government in Andorra to come out publicly as gay.

Imma Tor Faus is an Andorran diplomat and politician who has served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Andorra since May 2023. Born in Sant Julià de Lòria in 1966, she previously held a distinguished career in international relations, serving as Andorra's permanent representative to the Council of Europe, Ambassador to France, and permanent delegate to UNESCO. Before her ministerial appointment, she worked for over a decade at the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie. She is a recognized academic in French language and literature and holds several honors, including the Legion of Honour.
