Chandra Prakash Choudhary

Chandra Prakash Choudhary is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Lok Sabha representing the Giridih constituency. A prominent Kurmi leader and senior vice president of the All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU), he previously served as a three-term Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Ramgarh from 2005 to 2019. During his tenure in the Jharkhand state government, he held several cabinet positions, including Minister for Water Resources. He continues to be active in parliamentary committees, including the Committee on Labour, Textiles, and Skill Development.
