Chil-seung Kwon is a South Korean politician currently serving as a three-term member of the National Assembly representing Hwaseong City C. A graduate of Korea University, he began his political career in the administrative offices of the New Politics National Congress and later served as an administrator in the Office of the President during the Roh Moo-hyun administration. He previously served as a member of the Gyeonggi Provincial Council and held the position of Minister of SMEs and Startups from 2021 to 2022. Throughout his legislative career, he has been active in various committees, including the Trade, Industry, Energy, SMEs and Startups Committee and the Legislation and Judiciary Committee.
