Chitalu Chilufya is a Zambian physician and politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the Mansa West constituency. A graduate of the University of Zambia, he previously worked in the public health sector, including roles as a medical superintendent and clinical care specialist. He served as the Minister of Health from 2016 to 2021. After a long tenure with the Patriotic Front, he resigned from the party in 2026 to contest his parliamentary seat as an independent candidate.
