Chitra Bahadur K.C.

Chitra Bahadur K.C. is a Nepalese politician and the current chairman of the Rastriya Janamorcha party. A veteran figure in the Nepalese communist movement, he has served as a Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Poverty Alleviation. Throughout his long career, he has been a consistent and vocal opponent of federalism in Nepal, particularly expressing strong reservations regarding federal structures based on ethnic identity. He has represented the Baglung-2 constituency in the Nepalese parliament multiple times, including his election to the Constituent Assembly in 2008.
